Career Pilot collects the name, email address, and payment references needed to provide the Job Fit Check, process purchases, deliver the digital bundle, prevent fraud, and provide support.

We also collect limited usage information—including an anonymous session identifier, referral source, campaign parameters, page interactions, device information, and checkout progress—to understand website performance and improve the purchase experience. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity may process analytics data when configured on the website. Meta Pixel records page views, bundle views, checkout actions, and confirmed purchases to measure advertising performance. These providers may use cookies or similar technologies. We do not send r?sum? content, job descriptions, names, or email addresses in these tracking events.

When you use Job Fit Check, the résumé and job-description content you provide is sent securely to our AI processing provider to generate the requested analysis. Career Pilot does not save the document contents or generated report in its database or analytics. We retain your submitted name and email together with limited operational information such as input method, broad role title, processing status, and alignment category. Remove sensitive personal information before submitting documents.

Job-search guidance and marketing messages are sent only when you separately select the optional consent checkbox. You may request that these messages stop at any time.

Payment information is processed by Razorpay. Career Pilot does not receive or store your complete card, bank, or UPI credentials.

We use service providers only where needed to operate payments, AI processing, analytics, delivery, and support. Contact arkzlab@gmail.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable legal and record-keeping requirements.
